Jane's comment (#4) is kind of funny because during the boom years there were several companies that tried to change things, such as iPayOne, Assist2Buy, Assist2Sell, etc. The best Realtors making significant dollars via commission liked the status quo.

Colleen - I am sure that you can add to it ..... there are many things we do every day to assisit our clientss knowing that there may not be a paycheck at the end of the week.
Jane - can you imagine what it would be like: if we actually charged for our time ..... were paid every time we answered a question about the market ..... charged for an opinion of value on a property ..... received double or triple time pay for time spent when you have spent the better part of a Saturday Sunday or Holiday showing properties while our dinner guests patiently waited for our return so they could enjoy our company for a little while over dinner..
CAN YOU IMAGINE!!!
